The 2012 annual assessment is
$320.00 per unit owner.
As in previous years, you may choose to pay the annual
assessment in full OR make minimum quarterly installment
payments as outlined below.
When paying the annual assessment in full please ensure your
payment arrives in our office no later than January 20, 2012. No
coupon is required for paying the annual assessment. Please make
sure your unit address is shown on your check.
If you choose to make minimum quarterly installment payments,
they are due as follows:
- $80.00 due on January 1, 2012
- $80.00 due on April 1, 2012
- $80.00 due on July 1, 2012
- $80.00 due on October 1, 2012
A coupon sheet was mailed to all owners in December with the
assessment notice. A copy is available for
download here.
The coupon sheet provides four payment slips to use as a
reminder of the payment due dates. You may submit the
appropriate coupon with your quarterly payment; however the
coupon is not required to process your payment if your unit
address appears on your check.

Note: a $25.00 late fee will be automatically assessed for
any payment not received by the 20th day of the month in which
it is due. If your payment is not mailed in time to be received
by this date, please include the late fee with your payment

additional mailings, reminders or statements will be sent.
If you choose to take advantage of the installment payment plan,
it is your responsibility to remember to make these payments on
time.
