Board meeting are open to members except for the portion of any meeting held to discuss (1) pending or imminent litigation, (2) employment decisions, or (3) violations of the rules and regulations of the association including the failure to timely pay assessments.

All meetings are held at the Round Lake Public Works / Police building at 751 W. Townline Road, Round Lake, IL
