Leaves - Debris - Gutters!
Have you noticed the gutters have been cleared?
This was the first time the gutters have been
cleared since the buildings were constructed.
Thankfully this was done before we received all
of this rain. We will be setting up a schedule
to have the buildings that are bordered by
trees to be cleared yearly, and the entire
complex semi-annually. As always, if you notice
anything askew with the gutters, do not hesitate
to contact Summit promptly.

Assessment Payments Made Easy!
Did you know that Summit can make your
assessment payments easier? By filling
out the form and calling Jo at Summit -
she can set up an auto debit payment to
be withdrawn on the 5th of every month.
To access the form
takes 2 days and payments will still be
on time. It alleviates having to
remember to send in a check - or worse -
having to deal with other banks
processing time in sending checks, etc,
which can cause up to 2 weeks in delays
and late fees.

House Keeping
This wonderful summer is almost over and many of
us have been happily walking and riding bikes
along our beautiful walkways. Children playing
in small pools out on the lawns, what a great
way to water the grass! The retention ponds look
more like small lakes from all the rain we've
been having, yet we feel confident that they
will contain the water. Please do be careful
when riding bikes around the sidewalk turns, one
never knows if a small child is playing or a
couple is strolling along the walk. Put away any
recreational equipment after using it. Play
equipment and pools that are left on the lawns
for extended periods of time can cause damage to
the grass. Also the landscapers can do a more
effective job if the lawns are kept clear of
obstructions. |

Pets - Pets -
Pets! It's great to see everyone leashing
and cleaning up after their pets. There are
neighbors who have allergy's, dogs who may not
care for runners and children who fear pets.
Please be considerate of your neighbors.
The Village of Round Lake requires that ALL dogs
be kept on a leash at all times. Pet owners
allowing pets to run loose can be ticketed.
