Are you energetic, outgoing, organized, sociable and
looking to make some great friends and meet your
neighbors?
Then join us as we start to plan next season’s
events. We’ll be organizing the return of our annual
Summer Concert Series and Fall Festival as well as
planning for other community events like our community
Garage Sale.
This is a great way to get involved, meet your
neighbors and make some great friends.

Open Space Concerns
Occasionally members of the Board along with our property
manager, landscaping and environmental consultants walk the open space to check
the health of the ponds, wetlands, woodlands and public areas. Over the past few
months it’s been noted that there has been significant encroachment by some
homeowners into these common areas.
Homeowners are not allowed to convert any portion of a common space for personal
use, nor may it be used as a storage or dumping area.
Please help preserve the open space areas in Valley Lakes for the enjoyment of
all residents and wildlife.
